about

Story: Picture wounded citizens in any number of countries being assisted by strangers mostly. Insurgents holding weapons in the background, people with their only possessions moving slowly up the streets and along the road from Pakistan to Afganistan, barely being missed by fast moving black SUV’s from America, but driven by who knows? The picture is sad, bleak, but the song brings out something universally hopeful and renewing, so that the little kids who are part of the scene will one day have some of the comforts we in Europe and the US, and artists in particular take for granted.
