Story: flying many times back and forth between London and Los Angeles, and London and Boulder, working together on a great project that hints invariably at Latin and African rhythms, always making the groove the thing. The song hints a little of Joaquin Rodrigo, one of our favorite composers. And the gritty electric rhodes melody speaks with an intensity that we have used and loved for many years.
